Roco

Roco, a Shiba Inu, is a worldly dog. He was purchased in China, where the family was living at the time, later moving stateside, and now living in Chicago. Although the family was well informed in the challenges of this breed, they were overwhelmed by the dog’s independence and total lack of subordination. They loved him, but he was not the companion they had hoped for. He was cocky, destructive, very predatory, and totally disobedient. The solution was the tailored and specialized training Roco received in our Off Leash Training Program, combined with onsite delivery and training for the family in Chicago.

Roco arrived in our house a week ago, I wanted to write this note last week, but I wanted to take my time.  I truly have no words to express how impress, happy, and satisfy, we are with our New Roco. The work you have done, it’s unbelievable! if you have a video of the before training and after training Roco go ahead and publish it, because words do not show the incredible change in Roco, and no one would believe it.   

We feel he can now enjoy all of our family life, taking him to parks, errands, and the kids school where he has become the most popular dog, helping our kids feel very accepted in their new school.  I love taking him to drop off the kids at school in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, he loves all the attention he gets!  I found myself taking him to multiple walks during the day, because it’s just a pleasure and such a big change from before the training, where it was just miserable!  He has changed all of us, even Sean takes him for a walk every night no matter how late he comes from work, he looks forward to it! And, just like you said, he just hangs by our feet when we are watching TV and sleeps by our bed without roaming the house.  

You are part of our family, if you need a place to stay in Chicago we would love to have you, and we will definitely send Roco to see you when we are out of town for the long month.
