Roxy

I heard about Jim and his company, Animal Learning Systems, from a friend who had 2 dogs trained and could not say enough good things. My husband and I decided to contact Jim because our Rott mix puppy, Roxy, was playfully biting (and hurting!) our 5-year-old son and showed some food aggression at the vet’s at only 3 months old. My husband and I were immediately sold when we met Jim. We could tell that he has loads of experience and knows what he’s doing. We sent Roxy away for training for 8 weeks and received a different puppy back at the end of it. She was calmer, respectful with the kids and listened! What a joy she is to be around now! She can run around the yard with our 2 kids and their friends and not even consider putting her mouth on them. She walks and bikes off leash with us with ease. She comes when called, not just when she feels like it, but every time. We will now never have a dog that isn’t trained.
Lastly, Jim and Evan, Roxy’s trainer, always responded whenever we had a question. They put so much effort into her training, they obviously really care about their customers and the dogs they train. We’re so appreciative and highly recommend Animal Learning Systems to anyone wanting a well-trained dog.
